He has more than 15 years of experience in important financial institutions in Brazil and abroad. Among them, he stood out as a Senior Financial Advisor in International Institutions. He holds a degree in Economics from PUC-SP. He has the CGA / CGE (Anbima) certification.
He has more than 7 years of experience in important financial institutions abroad as a Financial Advisor. He worked in a large Brazilian financial institution for more than 8 years. Graduated in Commercial Management, with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, MBA in Commercial Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. CPA-20 certified by ANBIMA.
He has worked in the financial market for 13 years, having spent time at major stock brokerages during his career. An economist, he has worked at AZR Partners since 2016, currently serving as Administrative/Financial Director. He has the CPA-20 (ANBIMA) certification.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the Financial Market. Throughout his career he held prominent positions in large institutions such as Banco Bradesco and large industrial companies. Academic strength in mathematics.
A lawyer for over 20 years, he has extensive experience in estate and succession planning, with an emphasis on private international law, family and succession law, real estate, notarial, registry and capital market law. As Legal Director at AZR Partners, he designs the best ways to structure our clients' investments, carry out planning and succession in multiple jurisdictions. He graduated in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), with a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and a postgraduate degree in Estate and Succession Planning from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Member of the Working Group – Succession Planning and Holdings of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (2022/2024).
Agent in the national and international financial market with more than a decade of experience. Financial Consultant ANBIMA - CPA-20, lives and works in Brasília, in addition to also working in Goiânia. He is a lawyer focused on property legal consultancy and is a specialist in public budgeting at the Brazilian Legislative Institute-ILB. Currently, he is an analyst responsible for monitoring political and budgetary issues in the federal capital on the AZR Partners team.
He has been working in the financial market for 7 years and has CEA certification (Anbima Asset Specialist Certificate). Maintains its focus on understanding financial markets, investment strategies and risk management. Over the past three years, he has excelled in the analytical role, providing valuable insights that have significantly contributed to the success of his management teams.
Graduated in law, she has been a lawyer for over 8 years, has a postgraduate degree in the Labor area and also specializes in Contracts. She has experience in managing private companies, currently director of the Risk and Compliance area at AZR Partners.
With solid experience in the market, Paula works on creating customized solutions in international insurance and asset risk management. Her strategic vision, combined with attention to detail, ensures security and confidence for clients seeking protection for their assets in Brazil and abroad.

Initial diagnosis that will be made by assessing the investor's expectation of term, liquidity and risk tolerance, so that investment planning can be realistically aligned with expectations during the construction of a tailored portfolio, and that is adequate to the goals’ needs.
02 | MACRO AND MICROECONOMIC SCENARIO ANALYSIS
Definition of an effective Investment Policy in order to drive and discipline investments over time, according to the economic scenario.
03 | PORTFOLIO ELABORATION AND PRESENTATION
According to the defined Investment Policy, the assets that may compose the portfolio will be evaluated and they’ll will be tailored considering liquidity needs and risk profile, and the suggested strategies to pursue the investor's objectives will be presented.
04 | FOLLOW-UP AND PERIODIC MEETINGS WITH THE INVESTOR
Constant monitoring of client portfolios is carried out by investment specialists and the frequency of meetings is established in common agreement with the client to assess the adopted strategy and portfolio adjustments when necessary.
